Within a few minutes of meeting Brent, we knew that we had made the right decision. At no point did we feel like he didn't take us serious nor did we ever feel rushed. He was excellent at giving us options to consider and suggestions that were critical for the property. He helped us save a few thousand dollars based on a recommendation for service. He was always ready to share information or contacts. His communication was excellent and responded to my messages very shortly at most hours of the day.
